Occasional Delivery Issues

Most of our deliveries are arriving next working day but we would like to make you aware that there are nationwide problems with most courier services at the moment and at times this is impacting and delaying a small number of our deliveries even though we dispatch using a next day service; this isn’t helped by the couriers tracking facility not being reliable. Also, returns are taking much longer to organise as again the couriers are currently struggling.

Please be assured, we are trying our best and we are sorry for any problems this may cause.

We offer free next working day delivery to UK* customers. All orders received before noon Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery. *This excludes the following regions, which could be up to five working days: Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly.

All orders valued at £44.99 and below will be on a five-day delivery schedule.

All orders placed on a Friday after 12 o’clock (midday) and weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver items outside of the UK.

If a delivery is refused then we will treat this as a return and charged accordingly

All deliveries are carried out by our couriers to the first accessible ground-floor door of the premises.


*Due to the ever increasing charges levied by the couriers and our suppliers we unfortunately have to pass this cost on to our customers, we do not make a profit on delivery charges.

The following are the areas which incur additional delivery fees:

Isle of Wight, £10.

Scottish Highlands and Islands, £35.

Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles, £35.

Northern Ireland, £35.



You may cancel any order up to 12 o’clock (noon) on day of dispatch for a full refund.

You may cancel an order using the link in your confirmation email.


Should you wish to return an item, please contact

We will always honour statutory legal obligations, manufacturing warranty faults and any mistakes we make in supply and delivery.

Should you wish to return a product for any other reason we would be happy to help arrange this with one of our designated couriers at a charge of £40 per item. Otherwise, all returns are at your own arrangement, expense and liability; we would also a require a copy of all tracking details.

All items being returned should be in an ‘as delivered’ condition, new and unused. Except for statuary legal obligations, faults and mistakes. All used mattresses are non-returnable due to health and hygiene risk.

All refunds are issued once the item has been returned, inspected and deemed acceptable by us.

If a delivery is refused then we will treat this as a return and charge accordingly.

Please be careful when selecting and purchasing an item, if unsure please either contact ourselves or the manufacturer for help and guidance.

Your Guarantee

What does my guarantee cover?

All bed frames come with a lifetime guarantee.

All other items come with a one year guarantee.

Your free guarantee covers the cost of replacement parts or product and labour where the product is faulty because of a manufacturing defect.

Our aim is to ensure that you are completely happy with your product so if you believe something is not as it should be, please let us know as soon as possible.

What is not covered by my guarantee? 

Although we will always try to solve a product issue, there are some circumstances which are not covered by the guarantee.

Examples of these include:

  • Defects which have resulted from misuse.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear, including de-colouration, insects, fungus, wet or dry rot, rusting and scratching.
  • Defects caused by ignoring the manufacturer’s recommendations for cleaning.
  • Defects caused because the product has being used for purposes other than for normal domestic use.
  • Damage caused by extreme external impacts such as flood or fire. Loss or damage to any property, expenses or any consequential loss.

We accept payments by debit or credit card using the Stripe platform, as well as payments using the PayPal platform.
